Family Therapy

A Path Towards Mutual Understanding

Listening to Each Other, Understanding Each Other, and Growing as a Family

I accompany you in a therapeutic process that will allow you to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and regain family balance. With sensitivity, respect, and effective tools, we will work to strengthen the bonds between you.

Why Might It Be Important for You?

Family dynamics are not always easy. Sometimes conflicts, misunderstandings, or tensions arise that affect living together. Family therapy can help you address these situations jointly, with dialogue and professional support.

How Does Family Therapy Work?

In the first interview, we evaluate the specific situation and define which members will participate in the process. It is not always necessary for the entire family to attend all sessions: what matters is that the approach adapts to your needs.

As a therapist, I act as an impartial mediator who guides the dialogue and facilitates the expression of each member. My goal is for you to better understand each other, repair damaged bonds, and acquire tools for relating to each other more healthily.

Each family is unique, and that’s why the process adapts to the pace and circumstances of each group. Sometimes a few sessions are enough; other times, longer accompaniment is required. What matters is your willingness to engage and move forward.

What Objectives Do We Work on in Consultation?

  • Improving communication between parents and children.
  • Resolving prolonged family conflicts.
  • Educational guidelines and parenting skills.
  • Establishing clear rules and boundaries.
  • Support during family crises (divorces, losses, changes).
  • Strengthening mutual emotional support.
