About Me

“You are your deepest desire and drive, your desire moves your will, your will moves your actions, and your actions determine your Destiny.”

Elízabeth Vergara Jiménez

Psychologist in El Viso del Alcor. Psychologist by vocation and profession. From a very young age, I knew that my path would be linked to the emotional well-being of others. This passion, which was strongly born at 15 years old, has guided my entire professional career for more than two decades.

My desire to understand the human being in depth and to offer useful tools for their healing led me to specialize in Clinical and Therapeutic Hypnosis. This discipline has broadened my perspective on the mind and the therapeutic process.

Additionally, I have incorporated complementary therapies into my practice such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, Meditation, and Qi Gong, integrating body, mind, and emotion in each intervention.

Professional Experience

Since I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I have worked with diverse groups: minors in situations of neglect, dysfunctional families, people deprived of their liberties… These experiences taught me to view suffering with humility, respect, and understanding.

Currently, I hold consultations in my own center in El Viso del Alcor, where I accompany children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I also collaborate with companies, conduct workshops, talks, and courses with an integrative and human approach.
