Psicóloga en El Viso del Alcor. Psicóloga de vocación y de profesión. Desde muy joven supe que mi camino estaría ligado al bienestar emocional de los demás. Esta pasión, que nació con fuerza a los 15 años, ha guiado toda mi trayectoria profesional durante más de dos décadas.
Mi deseo de comprender al ser humano en profundidad y ofrecer herramientas útiles para su sanación me llevó a especializarme en Hipnosis Clínica y Terapéutica. Esta disciplina ha ampliado mi mirada sobre la mente y el proceso terapéutico.
Además, he incorporado a mi práctica terapias complementarias como la Medicina Tradicional China, el Yoga, la Meditación y el Qi Gong, integrando cuerpo, mente y emoción en cada intervención.
Professional Experience
Since I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I have worked with diverse groups: minors in situations of neglect, dysfunctional families, people deprived of their liberties… These experiences taught me to view suffering with humility, respect, and understanding.
Currently, I hold consultations in my own center in El Viso del Alcor, where I accompany children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I also collaborate with companies, conduct workshops, talks, and courses with an integrative and human approach.
