Adult Therapy
A Safe Space for Your Emotional Well-being
I offer you close, professional, and personalized psychological support. Together, we will explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences to help you understand what is happening to you and find effective tools that improve your quality of life.
Why Might This Be Important for You?
There are times when life becomes uphill. Sometimes we feel anxious, sad, or simply overwhelmed. My job is to help you bring order within yourself, with respect, listening, and trust.

We identify together the causes of your distress and work on them with clarity and without judgment.
2
Respectful and Personalized Support
I offer you a space where you can express yourself freely, feel safe, and progress at your own pace.
3
We Together Design an Emotional Improvement Plan
We define realistic objectives and strategies to help you feel better with yourself and your environment.
Evaluation from the First Session
In the first consultation, I conduct a psychological interview where we together explore your life history, your current concerns, and how they affect your day-to-day life. From there, I establish a tailored therapeutic plan with you, which may include cognitive strategies, emotional regulation techniques, or work with habits.
My goal is to help you develop your own resources, improve your self-esteem, and regain your emotional balance. Whether you are facing anxiety, sadness, stress, or simply want to know yourself better, I will be by your side throughout the entire process.
During the therapy process, we together evaluate your progress: how you feel, what changes you are experiencing, and what you need at each stage. We adjust the therapeutic approach if necessary and celebrate your progress, no matter how small it may seem.
It’s not just about overcoming a bad moment, but about accompanying you on a path of growth, greater well-being, and reconnection with yourself.
